Key Responsibilities:
Build close working relationships with local CPS athletes, coaches, associations, academies etc.
Quarterly seeding of key campaign products and working closely with them on content creation.
Closely track their performances at local/regional games and liaise with marcom team on media opportunities.
Actively engage them on special occasions e.g. birthday, sporting milestones etc with greetings and surprises.
Manage local netball sponsorship to ensure SMU jerseys are designed, produced and delivered on time for Major Games.
Follow up closely with subsidiaries and distributors to replicate similar effort in respective countries.
Increase the pool of CPS athletes, coaches, academies etc.
Actively scouting and/or networking with current and rising stars at the local and regional Games.
Closely monitor relevant local and regional social platforms e.g. national sports association or tournament/event pages etc to identify trending conversations and new stars.
Leverage on existing network with athletes, coaches and academies for referrals.
Constantly follow up with subsidiaries to ensure progress on track and directly supporting distributors in shortlisting athletes, coaches and academies.
Execute local CPS grassroots activations.
Organise training clinics or product trials with athletes, coaches or academies.
Explore grassroots event sponsorship.
Secure venue brandings with academies, associations and venue owners.
Follow up closely with subsidiaries and distributors to localise effort in the respective countries.
Support Trade Marketing Manager on the event execution of the regional trade show.
Liaise with IT and legal teams on the registration processes and compile RSVP list.
Coordinate with vendors on the creation/adaptation of marketing artworks and fabrication of collaterals.
Organise all global and regional assets for dissemination to the subsidiaries.
Manage local VM updates and disseminate marketing assets to trade partners timely.
Work closely with vendor to adapt toolkit and execute local VM updates timely.
Ensure all campaign assets are disseminated to all trade partners 2 weeks prior to the launch.
Conduct regular trade audit to ensure all installations adhere to brand and VM guidelines, research on competitor’s activities and explore new VM opportunities.
Develop regional-focused and exclusive assets.
Coordinate with creative agency to conceptualise and product assets e.g. indoor collection and silver exclusive pack etc.
Work closely with relevant global teams on the approval of assets.
Disseminate all assets to regional trade partners timely and evaluate the effectiveness of assets.
Regulate day-to-day administrative and logistical operations.
Compilation of monthly Global and AAP SPMK report.
Manage inventory and transfer and withdrawal of marketing stock.
Facilitate payments to vendors timely upon completion of service.
Experience/
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree with major in Marketing or any related course.
