We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Saas products.
Produce high quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media posts
Design and manage campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for our products
Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing efforts
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
Four years of experience in marketing
One to two years of experience in Saas marketing or similar role preferable, with at least one to two years of team leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting results
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Experience with MS Office Programs and Salesforce software
Puerto Rico Valid Driver’s License
Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Ability to travel as necessary
