About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of CX Strategy to providestrategic leadershipin the areas of customer experience, digital experience, and brand experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, educating them on the company’s capabilities, and developing content that showcases expertise inmodernexperience design and human-centered experience transformation. This role requires a leader with a strong background in customer experience, digital experience, or brand experience, and aproven track recordin strategy development to achieve business objectives.
The SVP will also be tasked with managing a team of strategy practitioners and fostering a culture of expertise andinnovationin customer experience trends and technology. Applicants for the SVP of CX Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in aleadershiprole focused on customer experience, digital experience, or brand experience.
A total of 15 years of experience in an agency or digital consultancy setting is required. The role demands a professional with proficiency in customer experience strategies, digital marketing technologies, and the ability to lead a team in a remotework environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert inmodernexperience design, customer experience strategy, and human-centered experience transformation, and will be expected to engage with industry leaders to promote the company’s vision in customer experience strategy.
