The Senior Vice President (SVP), Marketing will be a key leader at Axonify, driving the company’s marketing strategy and execution in this next phase of rapid growth. This role requires a dynamic and experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in demand generation, brand building, and product marketing. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the SVP of Marketing will oversee a high-performing team of 20+ and work closely with leaders across the organization to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

The impact you’ll have:

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that leverages a variety of channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and ABM, continuously experimenting and optimizing to maximize results

Build a “best-in-class” demand generation engine that drives qualified leads and accelerates pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with the needs and preferences of target audiences

Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, using insights to inform bold, data-driven decisions

Implement robust marketing automation and analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making, empowering the team with the knowledge and resources to excel

Brand Building:

Serve as a steward of the Axonify brand, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand identity across all channels while adapting to the evolving needs of the market

Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns that enhance Axonify’s market position and differentiate its solutions from the competition, demonstrating a willingness to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo

Product Marketing:

Translate product features and functionality into compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences, demonstrating empathy and a deep understanding of their needs

Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, fostering collaboration and open communication across departments

Create sales enablement materials and equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools to effectively position Axonify’s solutions, ensuring they feel empowered and supported to achieve their goals

Leadership and Team Management:

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the marketing organization, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to empower team members’ growth

Effectively manage remote team members, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and a cohesive team environment, demonstrating empathy and understanding for individual needs and boundaries
