Marketing Partnership Strategist – Tutoring Services

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the growth of our tutoring services in Oklahoma City and Edmond, OK. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a well-connected, passionate, and highly motivated individual who thrives on networking and building relationships within the local education community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive student enrollments and partnerships.
Build relationships with local schools, educators, parent groups, and community organizations.
Represent the company at networking events, school functions, and community gatherings.
Identify and establish referral partnerships with teachers, school counselors, and educational organizations.
Utilize social media, local advertising, and word-of-mouth marketing to generate leads.
Collaborate with tutors to align marketing efforts with student needs.

Marketing & Sales Experience – Background in marketing, sales, or community outreach is a plus.
Compensation:
100% commission-based with uncapped earnings potential.
