Antenna is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, and savvy professional to lead our Performance Marketing Practice. Incollaborationwith our executive team, you will position Antenna as the go-to PR and integrated marketing agency. You will inspire teams to be creative and strategic in achieving client campaign goals while driving business development opportunities and expanding Antenna’s network across the real estate, health, and climate sectors.
Additionally, you will contribute meaningfully to Antenna’s culture and play a key role in shaping the agency’s broader growth strategy.
This position will be based in NYC, reporting to the Chief Client Officer.
What You’ll Do
Business Development + Agency Expansion
Collaborate with Antenna’s executive team to develop a business strategy for operationalizing and leading the day-to-day management of our Performance Marketing practice.
Contribute to shaping Antenna’s agency marketing strategy to support business development and talent recruitment objectives.
Set the vision, build, and lead the Performance Marketing function.
Maintain and hit profitability targets and operations KPIs.
Collaborate with theleadershipteam to grow Antenna’s offerings and ensure smoothcollaborationon integrated accounts andcross-functional teams.
Manage the practice P&L, ensure profitability, and stay accountable to the bottom line.
Collaborate with Antenna’s executive team to set and achieve personal goals for new business origination.
Coordinate with Antenna’s Growth team to lead the development of proposals for relevant prospective clients, helping to tailor proposals to client-partner objectives.
Client Relations + Campaign Oversight
Ensure client programs continually track to campaign goals and objectives, focusing on key metrics, while ensuring profitability. Hold quality of work in the highest regard.
Facilitate highly communicative, direct, two-way relationships with client-partners, reinforcing strategic counsel and support, and confidence in agency expertise and services.
Champion integrated services throughout all client engagements, partnering across earned media, creative, web development, and other digital specialties.
Develop and oversee the marketing strategies for all digital channels, including but not limited to paid media (search, social, programmatic, video, audio, etc ), SEO, Email Nuture, Marketing Automation/CRM, Organic Social, ABM and offline (direct mail, radio, OOH) channels.
Proactively improve overall campaign processes and identify new opportunities to test, measure, and scale new channels
