Position: Â Senior Visual Merchandising Executive | Retail chain | East
Responsibilities:
Lead the
Visual Merchandising
team in creating
innovative
and visually engaging presentations that showcase new products and promotions.
Collaborate with
merchandising
, marketing, and buying teams to design displays that align with inventory categories and enhance
visual appeal
.
Ensure visual displays consistently reflect the brand identity, messaging, and advertising strategy.
Support store-specific
visual merchandising
planning to help teams understand shopper differences and effectively build brand equity across the portfolio.
Assist with monthly promotional signage installations and oversee installation assignments.
Develop detailed planograms for bars, back walls, and light boxes, ensuring proper product placement, pricing, and compelling information to drive sales and encourage additional purchases.
Partner with the marketing team to execute campaigns aligned with business objectives throughout the fiscal year.
Manage the
Visual Merchandising
capital expenditure (Capex) and calendar, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Undertake any additional projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Attain min diploma or degree qualification.
Min 3 years’ of experience (preferably in Retail or Travel Retail or FMCG
merchandising
) with graphic design, branding and in-store displays.
Demonstrated experience in promoting sales through imaginative and appealing visual presentations.
Strong process
leadership
skills and experience managing a team.
Strong interpersonal,
communication
, and organizational skills.
