Responsibilities This is an incredibly
exciting
opportunity to joinour team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
Owning & ensuring the team deliver on Product launches
Promotions & offers
Merchandising
/Optimisationopportunities of products & categories to improve sales Keybusiness projects (Working with new product development, creative,studio, operations, supply chain, and marketing where necessary)
Working with brand marketing & the channel teams tounderstand the key themes / campaigns / product launches / seasonalmessaging & how the site can support the end to end journey(homepage, plp’s, edits) – briefing creative © where necessary Working with Ecommerce Director &product/tech teams to review & recommend new site featuresand functionalities, and improvements to current tools &systems used by the team (CMS, PIM, Promotions) Manage and support3 direct reports Work with the Director of Ecommerce to understandthe performance for the website, regions, categories &products (weekly & monthly) Ensure consistency ofmessaging, branding and photography across the site A‘go-to’ person for all things site We believeit’s all about mindset, great skills, the right attitudeand a fantastic work ethic.

communication skills
A good people manager with the abilityto organise workload
