Job Description:As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to improve organic visibility, enhance user experience, and achieve measurable growth in traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities that align with Honey Play Box’s business goals.
Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimization.
Audit and optimize website architecture, meta tags, headers, and other technical SEO elements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on organic search performance, providing actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexation problems, and page load speed improvements.
Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through ethical link-building strategies.
Work with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Proficiency in technical SEO, including website audits, schema markup, and structured data.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Knowledge of CSS and HTML for effective on-page optimization.
Strong background in digital marketing principles and practices.
Experience with link-building strategies and techniques.
Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) for website updates and management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
