We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is an expert in advanced SEO for WordPress websites, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, and keyword research. If you love getting sites to rank at the top, increasing organic traffic, and crushing competitors with cutting-edge SEO strategies, this role is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities
Advanced SEO Optimization – Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to rank WordPress websites at the top of Google.
Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization – Manage and optimize Google Business Listings to increase local rankings and visibility.
Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis – Use advanced SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, etc.) to find high-value keywords and outperform competitors.
Content & Blog Writing – Create SEO-optimized, high-ranking blog posts and website copy that ranks on Google.
Backlink Strategy & Link Building – Implement high-authority white-hat backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
Website Audits & Fixes – Conduct SEO audits and implement fixes for Core Web Vitals, page speed, indexing issues, schema markup, and structured data.
Conversion-Focused SEO – Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user experience to increase traffic-to-lead conversion rates.
Rank Tracking & Reporting – Monitor rankings, create reports, and provide recommendations for growth.
Performance Expectations
In the first 90 days, you should be able to:
Improve website ranking for at least 3-5 high-value keywords
Optimize Core Web Vitals to pass Google’s PageSpeed Insights tests
Increase Google Business Profile visibility by 15-30 percent
Implement backlink strategy and increase domain authority by 5-10 points

Requirements
Expert in WordPress SEO – Deep understanding of Yoast SEO, SEM Rush, Rank Math, and manual optimization.

Advanced Keyword Research – Knows how to find low-competition, high-traffic keywords and build high-ranking content around them.
Technical SEO Skills – Can handle site speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and schema markup.
Content Writing & Blog Optimization – Can write and optimize blogs for high-ranking positions on Google.
Link Building & Authority Growth – Experience with backlinks, guest posting, and white-hat SEO strategies.
Experience with SEO Tools – Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Ability to Increase Domain Authority & Organic Traffic – You should have a proven track record of ranking websites extremely high on Google.
