SEO Specialist Jobs in Remote at The Iron Group, Inc.
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Graphics and Event Specialist to support our marketing efforts by designing eye-catching graphics and organizing impactful events. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with a passion for design and event coordination. This role will involve creating visual content for digital and print materials, as well as managing logistics for internal and external events that promote our brand and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Coordinator at Stertil-Koni you will:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Design creative and engaging visuals for email campaigns, website banners, and promotional materials.
Edit and optimize photos and videos for various marketing platforms and channels.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, software tools, and new techniques.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and company events.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and speakers to ensure smooth event execution.
Create and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional content.
Assist with on-site event management, including setup, attendee registration, and ensuring events run smoothly.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to align graphic designs with overall campaign strategies.
Liaise with stakeholders across departments to ensure event goals are met and brand messaging is consistent.
Maintain strong communication with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure successful event outcomes.
Have a basic understanding of editing websites and HTML programming languages
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. A degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, with top written and verbal communications skills.
Superior organizational talent.
Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple projects occurring simultaneously and keep focus on top priorities.
Proficiency in English.
Positive attitude, team player.
Demonstrated success in organizing and tracking events, campaigns and/or major projects.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Experience in Adobe Suite, notably Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Adobe is a genuine plus.
Experience working special events is a plus.
You must be able-bodied, comfortable walking several miles on occasion – such as a trade show event – and capable of lifting 15 pounds or more.
