Role Overview My client, who specialise in tailored property investment solutions, are seeking a skilled and
results-driven
SEO Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance the organic visibility of their website and improve search engine rankings, while also creating high-quality, SEO-optimised content. As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in boosting online presence, driving traffic, and supporting the company’s growth in the property investment sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic rankings and website traffic for a leading property investment brand. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all platforms. Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing search terms and integrate them into website content. Optimise on-page content (meta tags, headings, and URLs) for targeted keywords.
Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised content, including blogs, landing pages, and articles related to property investment. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and adheres to SEO best practices. Identify content gaps and develop new topics to engage the target audience. Perform regular website audits to detect and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.
Track and analyse key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Monitor competitors and market trends within the property investment sector to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience :
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, ideally with a portfolio of successful SEO projects, preferably in property investment or a related sector. Content Writing :
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience in creating SEO-optimized content. SEO Tools :
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms. Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., Word Press, Hub Spot). Analytical Mindset :
Ability to analyse SEO data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights.
