SHIPPING CLERK Jobs in Geneva, IL at All Sports Marketing Inc
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations when the General Manager is away, as well as assist with event planning, booking, and marketing of Sky Zone Greensboro. During the school year hours will be approximately 25 hours a week. During the summer hours will increase to approximately 35 hours a week. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, booking birthday parties, managing employees, and ensuring a safe and WOW guest experience for our customers. Social media marketing is a plus. The position will Report to the General Manager and owners. We offer flexibility for college students looking to gain leadership skills and still be able to attend classes during weekdays. A typical work week will include:
Saturday 3pm-11pm or 830am – 3:30pm (rotating with GM)
Sunday: 11:15AM – 8PM
Mon or wed your choice: 2:30pm – 8:30pm during the school year, and approximately 5 days a week with varying hours during the summer.
We follow the Guilford County school calendar, if students are out for the day, you will be expected to work additional hours because we will have extended hours. If you go out of town for holiday breaks or are not avaialble when students are out of school, do not apply. We are flexible on what hours you will work those days, but you must be available.

Skills
Experience in a retail environment.
Experience managing employees including training and supervision.
Experience with advertising including social media, creating flyers, mass emails, and reaching out to groups.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Trampoline park or similar experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
