LocationYour primary place of work will be our London office, with occasional national travel as required for this role. We love the vibrant atmosphere of our office, which fosters collaboration and celebration. What You’ll DoAs our newShopper Marketing Manager, you will will be central to the UK launch and sustained growth of this exciting new category and brand; Liquid Refreshing Beverages (LRB) and Mas+ by Messi. They will act as a key bridge between marketing and retail execution, focusing on four key areas: Conversion at Shelf, Retail Promotions, Visual Merchandising, Activations and Shopper Insights. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and brand teams to ensure Mas+ delivers exceptional shopper experiences in both digital and physical retail environments. You will play a vital role in creating impactful campaigns that drive trial, repeat purchase, and brand advocacy, while staying true to Mas+ positioning and values.
Additional Key Responsibilities Include
Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies to enhance Mas+ visibility and drive purchase intent at key retail points of sale.
Collaborate with category management and sales teams to secure strategic product placement, aligning with retailer priorities and objectives.
Design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to Mas+ target shoppers, co-creating in-store and online promotions with retailer media teams.
Create and oversee premium POS materials and visual merchandising displays to elevate brand presence and deliver a seamless shopper experience.
Plan and execute impactful shopper activations, including trade shows, sampling events, and in-store experiences, to drive education, engagement, and trial.
Manage agency and vendor partnerships, ensuring high-quality POS production, efficient sample distribution, and comprehensive activation performance reporting.
Analyze shopper behavior and retail data to generate actionable insights, optimize marketing strategies, and identify growth opportunities for Mas+.
