Color Me Mine is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Franchise Support team in Franchise Operations & Support. This role is instrumental in guiding new franchisees through the opening process, ensuring a seamless transition from signing a franchise agreement to launching their business. This person will play a key role in supporting business growth and operational success for franchisees.
Duties
Hybrid work – remote, travel onsite to new locations and in-person in the corporate studio in Murfreesboro.
Conduct regular scheduled and follow-up calls with new franchisees to guide them through the opening process and ensure successful business launches.
Conduct onsite training at new locations
Develop strong relationships with franchisees to build confidence, facilitate communication, and ensure adherence to the Color Me Mine business model.
Ensure smooth transition of support post-opening.
Participate in weekly new franchise owner meetings to provide direct owner support.
Coordinate opening activities with Support and Marketing teams to ensure all launch tasks are completed successfully.
Maintain up-to-date records of opening activities and verify completion using appropriate tracking tools.
Recommend improvements to the CEO to enhance the opening process.
Maintain communication with leadership.
Identify and communicate concerns regarding franchisees’ progress during the opening process.
Ensure franchisees are fully prepared for transition to ongoing support post-opening.
Represent Color Me Mine at company meetings and industry events.
Document and submit detailed reports for all franchisee interactions.
Experience
Proven experience in franchise support, business development, or operations management.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of franchise operations, marketing strategies, and technology services is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to travel to onsite openings and attend company events as needed.
