About the role:
We are now looking to add a curious and data-driven SiteMerchandisingAssociate to fuel our growth efforts. This role will sit within the SiteMerchandisingteam, where you will drive ideation and execution for ourmerchandisingstrategy, focusing onmerchandisingstrategy and promotional plans, both paid and unpaid, website taxonomy, and the UX/UI. Further, you will help own the business metrics, analyzing data and proposing and implementing solutions to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute weeklymerchandisingplan and owning the long-termmerchandisingcalendar.
Assist in developing content strategy, product curation, and UIoptimizationof our marketplace.
Support the Product team in the definition of requirements for new site features designed to improve sales and customer experience.
Perform weekly sales analysis to track margin, profit, and revenue, and help to makemerchandisingdecisions based on data.
Define, document, test, and measure hypotheses designed to improve conversion, AOV, AUR, and other customer metrics.
Liaise with marketing team to communicatemerchandisingstrategy, launch new products, and identify opportunities forpromotionacross marketing channels.
Liaise with procurement team to plan out features and work with vendors to sign and execute paidmerchandisingopportunities.
Work with all procurement to collect data/content for products and on-site features.
Help identify business needs formerchandisingtooling and software.
Create a best-in-class vendor reporting process to support paidmerchandising/advertising engagements with brands.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-2+ years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce/tech or retail/grocery.
Expert Microsoft Excel andanalytical skills; proficiency with SQL strongly preferred.
Familiarity with client-side analytics tools (GA, Adobe, Heap, or other).
Expertcollaborationskills – ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization in multiple locations.
Strongproject management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative who thrives in afast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a passion forcontinuous improvement.
