The Social & Content Marketing Manager role drives brand awareness and engagement by building and executing a dynamic social media strategy. This role leverages expertise in social media to craft impactful content, analyze performance, and explore trends, establishing Grow as a leader in its field.
Who you are:
– Strong knowledge and experience in social media platforms
– Experience in marketing ideally in a high tech or hyper growth company
– 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content planning and management
– Fluency in both English and Japanese
– A Builder & Doer
This role is for a new team within Grow. A strong ‘startup’ mindset to build things from the ground up is essential.
What You’ll do:
– Build out the Grow Social and Content strategy
– Plan and publish Grow’s social media content on a regular basis
– Measure and analyze social media performance and improve Grow’s social media outreach and presence
– Continuously research industry trends, advanced tools, channels, etc.
