We are a Roswell based company that is seeking a Marketing Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, savvy, energetic candidate that is proactive and fast learning, with proven experience managing project flow. The Marketing Project Manager will possess a proven ability to think strategically about the requirements for each project and will be able to independently research, follow up, acquire various elements or missing details. The Marketing Project Manager must have experience working within a cross-functional environment and with multiple teams including marketing, vendors, product development, and technology teams to deliver timely and high-quality product marketing campaigns. The candidate must also be able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of comprehensive creative project plans, ensuring alignment with companies’ strategic objectives.
Manage and prioritize the marketing team’s backlog, ensuring that tasks are properly executed timely.
Collaborate with all levels within and outside of the organization to execute programs and initiatives within larger marketing campaigns and tradeshows.
Track sample project progress and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Proactively identify potential risks and impediments, offering solutions or escalating issues as necessary to maintain project timelines.
Analyze and optimize existing marketing workflows to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence.
Assist and create textile layouts and selections
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
3-5+ years of project management experience with tangible products within a fast-paced marketing team.
Must be Great with color and design and highly detailed.
Strong communication skills, along with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross- functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
