Job Description:
As the Medical Office Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that highlight our expertise in pain management. Your efforts will focus on raising awareness about our services, fostering relationships with patients, and promoting our office as a trusted provider of comprehensive pain care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to increase patient engagement and attract new clients, particularly those seeking pain management services.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, email newsletters, and blog posts, with an emphasis on educating the community about pain relief options.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure messaging aligns with our pain management services and patient care philosophy.
Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters that emphasize our specialized approach to treating pain.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Coordinate patient outreach programs, events, and partnerships with local businesses to raise awareness about our pain management services.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and patient feedback to maintain a positive online presence.
Maintain and update the practice’s website and social media profiles.
Plan and execute local advertising and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or pain management setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong creative skills with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
