Position: Social Media & Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy: Enhance our online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content: Share posts, videos, and stories that highlight our services, patient testimonials, and educational insights.
Manage and grow our online community: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with our Administrator, Doctor and Staff: Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and patient engagement.
Analyze social media metrics and performance: Provide regular reports and insights to optimize our strategy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Ensure our approach remains innovative and effective by keeping abreast of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Marketing Specialist, preferably in the beauty industry, healthcare, digital media, broadcast media and print media.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
