Responsibilities
Working closely with the president of the company and senior management, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Lead social media management efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Skills
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and advertising strategies to drive online sales.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
