Busy cosmetic dermatology office seeks in-house Marketing Specialist to design and implement marketing projects for Cosmetic Dermatology Office.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, stories, and videos.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media activities.
Manage online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and conversions.
Oversee the design and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
Design advertising for social media, in-house and public signage
Overseeing and editing of web presence—websites, social media sites
Design and disbursement of monthly specials
Assist in the brand execution and message
Be accountable for the success of integrated marketing as it relates to key objectives
Event planning
Before and after photo management
Administrative tasks as given by management
Knowledge of Graphic design using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
Requirements:
Some college
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and online marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Proficient in content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, injectables, lasers, and surgical dermatology is a plus.
Will be required to provide 3 professional references and relevant work samples
