About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and working collaboratively across teams. With strong performance, this position has the potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role within 2–3 years.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
Manage and optimize social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer outreach.
Create and distribute marketing content, including blogs, email campaigns, sales collateral, and website updates.
Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate call lists and support outreach efforts.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Help to support RFP’s / Bids and other time sensitive administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop.
Experience managing social media for business.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
