We are a Fractional CMO agency that is changing the way professional service businesses in the $5M-$50M range approach marketing. No fluff. No vanity metrics. Just real tangible results lead by people who know their stuff and love what they do. We’re growing like a weed which means we are ready to add a new Fractional CMO to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
Manage and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure performance and ROI (you may need to fire a vendor or two also…just a heads up)
Lead client meetings in a way that drives action without putting people to sleep
Analyze campaign performance and create clear, actionable reporting
Serve as a trusted marketing advisor for business owners and executives
Be a team player because we have one of the best teams on the planet
Qualifications
You don’t need experience as a CMO but you must have at least 5+ years of strategic marketing experience, either agency or in-house
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking marketing KPIs
Practical experience with CRMs and marketing analytics platforms
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Business acumen – you understand how marketing drives business growth
Independent thinking – while we’ll train you in our methodology, we value fresh perspectives
The Opportunity
This position can be structured as part-time, full-time, or contract based on mutual fit. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering real results for our clients. But wait…there’s more! Pay: $75.00 – $150.00 per hour
