We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist with managing and growing our social media presence by creating content, engaging with followers, and helping to implement social media strategies.
Responsibilities
Help manage the social media content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistency.
Assist in creating engaging social media posts, images, and videos for online platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and questions on social media platforms in a timely and friendly manner.
Keep up to date with social media trends and suggest new ideas for posts, hashtags, and campaigns.
Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
Help with creating promotional content to highlight services, promotions, and special offers for potential customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and design.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
