About the Role:
Are you a self-starter with a proven track record of driving results through email marketing and sales outreach? Do you have the tools, skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to craft your success? We’re seeking an Outbound Email Specialist to spearhead lead generation, build scalable email campaigns, and close deals that directly fuel our growth.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Impact: Use your email marketing expertise to design and implement automated outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers at wholesale, retail, and subscription box companies.
Leverage Your Tools: Bring your existing subscriptions (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot) or similar platforms to source leads, create sequences, and optimize results. (Don’t have tools? Let’s discuss support options for the right candidate.)
Master Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-value prospects, crafting personalized campaigns that convert.
Optimize Campaign Performance: Ensure high deliverability with best practices like domain warm-ups, inbox rotation, and email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup).
Close Deals and Build Relationships: Turn cold leads into long-term partners through follow-ups, phone calls, and relationship management.
Be the Catalyst: Develop scalable processes to set the foundation for long-term success in Orbis’s B2B expansion.

What We’re Looking For:
Self-Sufficient Sales Professional: You have the tools and experience to hit the ground running.
Proven Email Marketing Expertise: A strong track record of crafting high-performing cold email campaigns and managing the technical details of email outreach.
B2B Sales Experience: Familiarity with selling to wholesalers, subscription box companies, or similar markets.
Results-Driven Mindset: You thrive in a commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Resourceful, adaptable, and ready to build scalable processes from scratch.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
Proficiency with sales and marketing tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
Experience with wholesale, retail, or subscription box industries is a strong plus.
