Visio Hype is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Associate to join our Charlotte team. The Communications Associate will play a key role in supporting internal and external communications to ensure the company’s message aligns with its values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to support company goals.
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and press releases.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of communication activities and client interactions.
Coordinate with the production team to deliver project updates and ensure client expectations are met.
Support event planning and coordination related to company communications.
Monitor and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
