We’re looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join our dynamic team in Muscat!

In this role, you’ll take the lead in fostering meaningful audience connections, managing online interactions, and enhancing brand loyalty. You’ll be at the heart of our digital presence—covering live events, riding the wave of trending moments, and creating engaging content that resonates.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and engage with our online community—responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in real time

Build authentic connections with our audience to drive trust and loyalty

Execute moment marketing strategies and stay ahead of trends

Cover live events, capturing and posting real-time content

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for seamless execution

Monitor engagement metrics and generate actionable insights using tools like Brandwatch, ChatGPT, Mid Journey, Canva, and Image FX

Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and influencers to ensure brand consistency

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Creativity in content creation and storytelling

Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (experience with AI tools is a plus!)

Strategic thinking and a sharp eye for detail
