As the Assistant Manager of our juice bar, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our establishment. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the juice bar, uphold our high standards of quality and service, and create a positive work environment for our team members.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising a team of enthusiastic juice bar staff. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members excel in their roles and deliver exceptional customer service.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Engage with customers, address inquiries and concerns, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Promotional Activities: Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and drive repeat business. Implement creative strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a juice bar, cafe, or similar setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, wellness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of basic business and financial principles.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
