Nolasco Construction Group is a growing, mid-sized residential construction company seeking a Sales & Marketing Office Assistant with strong construction industry experience to support our expanding team.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales Support:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Nolasco Construction Group’s services.
Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to enhance brand visibility.
Support content creation, including writing posts, capturing project highlights, and engaging with followers.
Visit job sites to take photos and video for use on the company website, social media, and marketing materials.
Assist in email marketing campaigns targeting interior designers, architects, and local realtors to build relationships and generate leads.
Create and maintain a company newsletter.

Bidding, Quoting & Administrative Support:

Conduct preliminary bidding work, gather necessary information.
Assist in preparing quotes, estimates, and proposals for potential construction projects.
Track and manage bid submissions and follow up with clients and subcontractors.
Organize and assist with project scheduling, meeting preparation, and ordering materials.
Maintain records and document control for compliance (insurance, lien releases, contracts, etc.).
Assist with invoice entry, change orders, and vendor coordination.
Run errands topick-ups plans and materials or on-site support when needed.
Provide general administrative support and be willing to assist wherever needed.

Position Requirements

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Construction industry experience required.

Skills:

Strong communication skills to interact professionally with subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers, and clients.
Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Experience with bidding and quoting in the construction industry is highly preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and create basic floor plans is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and SquareSpace is required.
Photography skills to capture images of active construction projects for marketing use.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Expected Hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
4-6 hour shifts
No nights or weekends
