Responsibilities
Ideate, write and edit engaging posts for social media platforms
Optimize social media content to support client’s marketing goals
Collaborate internally to assist with other copywriting and editing needs
Coordinate externally with clients and internally across teams to ensure brand and messaging alignment
Identify opportunities to apply advertising techniques to increase brand awareness (ex: promotions, collaborations, competitions, events, etc.)
Assist in onboarding and/or creating client social media pages as needed
Assist in creating automated monthly reports to track and report on social media insights as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating engaging written content
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of various social media networks and their respective audiences
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field)
English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with various social networks and the ability to create engaging content
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and the ability to provide a current Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
