We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, interact with our online community, and optimize campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement for TradingPRO and TradingPLUS.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels.
Content Creation & Strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Work with designers and video editors to create compelling visuals, infographics, and video content.
• Research trends in finance, forex trading, and online investing to keep content relevant and engaging.
Community Engagement & Growth
• Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and user- generated content.
• Implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Track and analyse social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and generate reports with insights.
• Optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights and audience behaviour.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in the financial or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, BuUer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
