Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite for social media campaigns.
Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
Manage relationships with influencers and community members to foster engagement and collaboration.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media posts.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro for graphic design and video editing.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools is a plus.
Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and audience preferences.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A passion for photography is highly desirable.
