Dermalogica is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our best-in-class team! The position is based at the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid on site guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibility – Campaign Execution & Management: Lead the media buying/execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. Serve as the main point of contact for daily maintenance and optimization.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough pre-launch checks to ensure ad copy, creative, and targeting meet best practices.
Creative Feedback & Best Practices: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and provide actionable feedback on creative assets, with a focus on paid best practices. Guide the development of UGC and influencer content to align with campaign goals and platform standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Partner closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Influencer, and other teams to manage campaigns and digital assets. This includes submitting briefs, drafting ad and search copy, reviewing and providing feedback, and ensuring seamless execution of overlapping initiatives.
Calendar Coordination: Manage and maintain a campaign calendar for promotional, evergreen, and launch initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile monthly reports and ad-hoc performance updates through internal databases and platforms. Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and providing data-driven insights for future strategy.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks across Acquisition team, including PO creation, invoice processing, and accruals management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS preferred. 1-2 years of digital marketing, e-commerce, or related agency experience a plus.

Digital Savvy: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising trends and a strong understanding of social media.
Creativity & Industry Awareness: A creative mindset with knowledge of beauty industry trends.

Time Management & Execution: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.

Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with e-commerce and advertising platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook, and TikTok is a plus.

The expected pay range for this position is $24-$25 per hour. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
