Sundara, a conscious loungewear and home goods brand, is looking for a Freelance Social Media Assistant to help create engaging content and manage our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and passionate about digital marketing and storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
Create & Post Content – Develop and share photos, videos, and text-based content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Plan & Manage Campaigns – Help execute social media campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement.
Engage with Our Community – Respond to comments, messages, and questions in a way that represents Sundara’s brand and values.
Track & Analyze Performance – Use insights and analytics to see what’s working and adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain Our Brand Identity – Ensure all content aligns with Sundara’s style and messaging.
Stay on Top of Trends – Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with social media marketing & analytics
Ability to film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A good eye for styling, composition, and storytelling
Located in Annapolis or Washington, DC for occasional in-person shoots
