Administrative Assistant

Pay: starting at $20/ hour (based on experience)

We are a small and growing, family-owned construction/ remodeling/ handyman company looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations in our home office. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, self-motivated, proactively thinking, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Tasks include answering phone calls, monitoring emails, typing up proposals, ordering materials, scheduling, invoicing, filing, advertising/ marketing, running a CRM system and assisting with other tasks as needed. We expect the average workweek to range from 30-40 hours (flexible).

Responsibilities

Working knowledge of CRM systems
Working knowledge of computer skills/ office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with 6-8 hour days (flexible)
Paychecks are received weekly with direct deposit available
