We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Ambassador to represent our Endospecialists (Root canal specialty) brand and engage with our community. 1-2 Sales experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting our mission and values while fostering positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. As an Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving engagement through various outreach initiatives.
Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for community engagement, by traveling to referring dental offices throughout the east bay and providing information about our organization and its offerings.
Participate in events, dental meetings/conventions, and community activities to promote our brand and build relationships.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies that align with organizational goals.
Collect feedback from community members and track opportunities and resulting productivity to inform program development and improve services.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with diverse dental offices.
Assist in creating promotional materials and content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster relationships within the community.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the organization’s mission, values, and programs.
