ABOUT THE JOB

F45 Training is looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator to assist with growing the FS8 and F45 brand social channels in various ways. For FS8, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media presence while demonstrating excellent written and oralcommunication skills. In addition, the Social Media Coordinator shall uphold community management best practices for both F45 Training and FS8.

The Social Media Coordinator will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of all our social channels, understands the target audience, and has a firm grasp oncommunity engagementmethods and best practices. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has a pulse on all social media platforms and isn’t afraid to take risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Social Media Coordinator at F45 Training, you will:

Manage content posting across multiple FS8 social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok, and Linked In.

Plan, create, and implement social media strategies through an editorial calendar to enhance engagement and increase followers across FS8 brand channels.

Demonstrate the ability to produce engaging social-first videos and graphics that effectively amplify brand messaging across social media channels.

Uphold community management best practices by engaging with audiences on all brand channels for FS8 and F45, including responding to DMs and comments.

Provide monthly reports on social media metrics and contribute new ideas based on insights and trends.

Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and social media trends through data analytics.

Monitor and grow online communities by implementing best-practice community management techniques.

Ensure brand consistency and trackcustomer engagementand web traffic for social media campaigns using Brand
24 and Sprout Social.

Manage projects in alignment with the social media strategy and overall digital marketing objectives for FS8.

Enhancebrand awarenessby maintaining the company’s voice and deliveringimpactfulstorytelling on social media platforms.

Our ideal social media manager will have:

1-3 years of experience in social media management andcommunity engagement.

A demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels.

A knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights.

Possesses excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, as well as some ability to create visuals, videos, etc.

Able to work individually or in ateam environment.

Online marketing and/or copywriting experience is a plus.

Possesses outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
