Key Responsibilities:
Experience with marketing & promotional strategies
Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the appointment calendar.
Assist in managing treatments such as the Cryo Chamber, Halo Therapy, Red-Light Bed, and EMS.
Ensure the clinic is clean and organized at all times.
Create engaging content for social media and design posts using Canva.
Qualifications
Marketing/Business Degree
Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn about our treatments and their benefits.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
Team player with good communication skills.
Interest in learning about facial treatments and skincare products (beneficial but not required).
