Need For Build, a premier construction company in Poway, San Diego, is looking for a Creative Content & Social Media Specialist to bring fresh, bold ideas to our growing brand! If you’re a visual storyteller with a passion for content creation, social media, and design, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll be capturing photo & video content, editing for social media, and posting across platforms to engage our audience. We need a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of trends, and has a strong eye for design.
What You’ll Do:
Go on-site to capture & edit professional photos & videos of our remodeling projects
Edit high-quality project walkthroughs, instructional videos, testimonials & more
Create & post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Design marketing materials using Canva & other design tools
Write compelling captions & manage engagement on social media
Stay on top of trends & brainstorm fresh creative ideas
Keep content organized & maintain a social media posting schedule
Assist with general office duties as needed
Must have reliable transportation (Mileage reimbursement provided)
What You Bring:
✔ A creative mindset & strong eye for design
✔ Experience in social media management & content creation
✔ Photo & video editing skills (Canva recommended)
✔ Ability to edit professional-quality videos, including project walkthroughs & testimonials
✔ Organized & able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔ A go-getter attitude – You take initiative, think outside the box, and are always working on your next creative idea. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see opportunities and make things happen.
✔ Self-motivated & independent – You thrive without constant supervision and don’t need to be micromanaged.
✔ Knowledge of digital marketing & web design is a plus, but not required!
Perks & Compensation:
Competitive Pay ($23-$27/hr) + Mileage Reimbursement

Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
