WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A creative, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time contractor basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with the LolaVie brand aesthetic. This person will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that strengthen our online presence and connect with our community of haircare enthusiasts.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Develop and execute Instagram and TikTok image & video briefs that capture the essence of the LolaVie brand
Plan and organize Instagram grid content to maintain visual consistency and brand storytelling
Create compelling Instagram Stories using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Assist in developing social media strategies to increase engagement and growth across platforms
Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for content optimization
Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives
Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar
Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum 1 year of social media
Experience in beauty or fashion industry preferred
Proficient in creating and editing content for Instagram and TikTok
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for creating visually appealing content
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Excellent visual aesthetic with attention to detail and brand consistency
Creative storyteller with the ability to craft engaging captions and content
Self-motivated with strong time management skills for handling multiple projects
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform updates
Passion for the beauty industry and haircare products
Portfolio of previous social media work preferred
CONTRACT DETAILS
This is a part-time contractor position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the LolaVie team.
