Social Media & Creative Manager
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong video editing skills to oversee our brand’s social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across all platforms, driving audience growth, and fostering meaningful engagement with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, , Twitter, You Tube, and emerging channels.
Create and edit videos optimized for different platforms, including short-form and long-form content (Reels, Instagram, You Tube Shorts).
Oversee visual design and collaborate with in-house teams or external agencies.
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess performance and ROI.
Use data insights to refine strategies and content for maximum engagement.
Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(marketing, PR, design) to ensure alignment.
Develop storyboards and creative concepts for videos.
Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Ensure videos align with the brand’s tone and resonate with the target audience.
Maintain consistency in the brand’s tone, style, and visual identity across all channels.
Ensure content reflects the brand’s values and appeals to the target audience.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on video editing and production.
Skills:
Advanced video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Creative Mindset:
Ability to develop unique and engaging campaigns, especially through video content.
Data-Driven Approach:
Familiarity with social media KPIs and the ability to interpret analytics.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Full time position at Khar West, Bandra
10 a.m – 6:30 p.m timings
