Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Design Specialist to create graphic visuals and social media campaigns that attract attention, effectively communicate, and ultimately deliver best-in-class experiences with our audiences across the company’s various platforms. The Social Media Design Specialist will collaborate with the management, marketing, and sales teams to leverage Nutrivo’s brands by creating visuals and messaging for digital communications, product packaging, as well as sales, marketing, and advertising materials.
Duties
Conceptualize and develop on-brand creative visuals for email and social campaigns, web pages, sales & marketing materials, advertisements, trade show graphics, presentations, videos, blog posts, company signage, and other communications.
Collaborate with marketing team to build and execute company’s social media growth and engagement strategies including: creating editorial calendars, publishing engaging daily content, identifying and promoting high-performing concepts, running paid social advertisements, interacting with users’ questions and comments, and monitoring KPIs across various platforms.
Develop weekly email campaigns to inform and educate subscription database about company promotions, new product introductions, athlete influencer activity, and product usage suggestions.
Maintain company’s creative asset library and brand identity guidelines to ensure quality and consistency across all platforms
Contribute insights on emerging trends/tools/tactics that could improve brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty to increase sales and affinity with new and existing customer base
Provide high-level summaries on social and email campaign performance for management team
Work with marketing team to shape and manage photo/video shoots, as needed
Manage and prioritize concurrent projects timely and accurately
Qualifications
High level creativity
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/social media related/marketing or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years directly related experience
The ability to display company’s business strategies graphically
Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Analytics, and major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter
Experience preparing various design files for print and digital applications
Strong visual aesthetic, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with other professionals internally and externally
The ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at one time and deliver results on time
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Video production, photography, copywriting, and marketing skills a plus
Personal interest in health & fitness and/or previous experience with nutrition-related products a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
