Position Overview:
The Client Communications & Marketing Coordinator is responsible will be responsible for managing social media presence, collaborating with our website team, and implementing effective SEO strategies. We are currently looking for a part-time employee, but full-time applicants are encouraged to apply as well!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor and update of Team website working with external vendors
Create and manage all submissions and approvals for all marketing content and materials
Facilitate digital invitations to clients
Leverage the firm’s resources to develop marketing and communications that align with current branding and positioning
Design social media strategies and campaigns to achieve advisor objectives
Manage projects and initiatives calendar
Create engaging content for social media, including text, images, and videos
Collaborate with web developers to optimize website content and user experience
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve our online visibility
Analyze marketing data and provide insights to drive decision-making
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email and paid advertising
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and SEO
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and improved SEO rankings
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
