We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and enhance brand awareness. The Email Specialist works closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns targeting various customer segments. This includes promotional emails, newsletters, transactional notifications, and automated workflows.
Email List Management:
Manage, grow, and segment the email subscriber list to ensure high deliverability and engagement rates. Implement best practices to maintain list hygiene. Manage customer and lead lists, segmenting them based on behaviors, demographics, or interests to send targeted and relevant emails.
Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, deployment times, email copy, design, and calls to action (CTAs) to continuously improve email performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular performance reports and use data to guide decisions and strategies. Connect email data to analytics and social media platforms to track broader marketing performance.
Personalization & Automation:
Develop and implement email automation workflows, leveraging customer data for personalized content. Enhance the customer journey with timely, relevant emails. Set up automated campaigns based on user actions and develop re-engagement campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure email content is aligned with branding, messaging, and product offerings.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Stay up to date with email marketing trends and best practices. Ensure customer data used for email campaigns is secure and follows privacy standards, such as encryption and data storage protocols. Manage the user experience to allow subscribers an easy opt-in to receive emails and opt-out.
Data Hygiene:
Regularly cleaning lists to remove invalid or unsubscribed email addresses to maintain deliverability and engagement.
Content Management (CMS):
Work with the marketing team to create website landing pages to support email newsletters. Post and publish relevant content to company’s internal and external websites.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing (4+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms
Experience with A/B testing, list segmentation, and performance analytics.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on key performance indicators.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices.
Experience with CAN-SPAM regulations and deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience with advanced email automation tools and CRM systems
Knowledge of graphic design or experience working with design teams
Familiarity with eCommerce and retention marketing strategies
Experience with analytics and ROI reporting
