This role is fantastic for a candidate who has a strong background in managing several social media channels for an organisation. This role will play a vital part in amplifying the charity’s social media presence, driving online engagement, and maximising the impact of paid and organic ads campaigns.

Contract:
Full time, permanent (35 hours per week)
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum
Location:
Bracknell, one day a week in the office
Required:

Role responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Blue Sky and Tik Tok.
Create compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand and resonates with target audiences.
Monitor and analyse social media performance, track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and through regular reports.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (clicks, conversions, cost-per-click), and generate regular reports.
Skills and experience:
Proven experience in social media marketing (minimum 2 years).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience with
Sprout Social or similar tools like Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Experience with
PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
.
Highly organised and able to excel under pressure often working to tight deadlines.
