About the Role:
Are you a creative and organized marketing professional with a passion for digital strategy, social media, and brand storytelling? Tavistock is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless collaboration between departments, in-house marketing teams, and external vendors. What You’ll Do:
Marketing & Digital Strategy
Conduct website audits and manage updates across all Tavistock projects.
Oversee asset management to ensure all creative materials are well-organized and accessible.
Administer project workflows and timelines, keeping marketing initiatives on track.
Support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and test new ideas to enhance our strategies.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and public relations initiatives.
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Create, write, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Monitor social media interactions and engage with followers to foster community growth.
Provide live coverage for events and announcements.
Support influencer marketing strategies and brand collaborations.
Email Marketing & CRM
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance engagement.
Manage automated drip campaigns to drive conversions and maintain audience engagement.
Creative & Brand Support
Organize and maintain creative deliverables using Dropbox and SharePoint.
Track advertising deadlines and ensure timely campaign execution.
Provide operational support for branding initiatives and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling visuals and messaging.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing coordinator or administrative role.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy.
Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solver: Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
Marketing Know-How: Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
Hospitality Experience: A background in the hospitality industry is a plus!
