Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Executive to assist in managing the social media presence for the Fragrance World brand umbrella. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing content plans, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics to support the brand’s growth and engagement goals. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Collaborate with designers and influencers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep the audience engaged and informed.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Support in fostering online communities by creating interactive and shareable content.
Report any critical feedback or issues to the Social Media Manager for resolution.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and compile performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) for social media accounts.
Use Excel to organize and analyze data, providing actionable insights to optimize future content strategies.
Assist in preparing regular performance reports for review by the Social Media Manager.
Support for Campaigns:
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to execute innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure content and campaign materials are uploaded and executed on schedule.
Assist in tracking the progress and performance of specific campaigns.
Research and Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Provide recommendations for new content ideas or platform opportunities to enhance social media presence.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in managing or supporting social media accounts, preferably within beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle industries.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat).
Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools.
Advanced Excel skills for data tracking and analysis.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
Preferred Requirements:
Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop).
Passion for storytelling and an interest in social media trends.
Experience in supporting paid social media campaigns.
Willing to relocate to Dubai.
