Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and informative content for You Tube and Instagram that simplifies real estate investment, making it both
exciting
and relatable to
diverse
audiences.
Conduct
in-depth research
to identify emerging trends and transform complex real estate topics into concise, compelling, and shareable content.
Collaborate closely with the founders and the creative team to ideate and execute
innovative
content strategies that align with the brand’s vision.
Craft well-structured scripts and design
impactful
content plans tailored to resonate with investors and build lasting engagement.
Monitor and adapt to evolving trends, viral content, and audience preferences across social media platforms.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
