About the Role

1. Organic Social & Community Management

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all e-commerce brands.

Platform Management: Oversee the management of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Social Listening:Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations, leveraging insights to inform strategy and content.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Community Engagement: Foster and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

2. Content Marketing

Content Strategy:Develop and execute content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Content Creation:Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., graphics, videos, blog posts) that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Editorial Calendar:Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.

Campaign Management:Plan and oversee social media campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.

Influencer Collaborations:Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messages and reach wider audiences.

3. Paid Social Media Marketing(Very little, less than 10%)

Paid Strategy Development:Develop and implement paid social media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for e-commerce brands.

Ad Management:Oversee the creation, testing, and optimization of social media ads across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Budget Management:Allocate and manage budgets for paid social media campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.

Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyse the performance of paid social campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

A/B Testing:Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and placements to continually improve campaign performance.
